            On November 19, 2023, I ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses for $194.65. I received the eyeglasses on December 14, 2023, tried on the glasses and found them to be too small for my face, and requested an exchange for a wider frame. I followed up with them on 12/29/2024, and a customer service representative requested that I place another order to complete the exchange for a different color and would be charged a $20 restocking fee. I then confirmed that I did not want a different color, but wanted a different frame. On January 5, 2024, the customer service representative asked me to return the glasses, sent a return label and confirmed that the new order has been placed, then let me know that the returned frames were not necessary because I had purchased the frames from Lens Direct. I happened to check the return label, noticed the new order was the incorrect color, and asked that it be changed to the correct color. Another representative reached out to me on January 8 to confirm that the lab updated the frame color to the correct color, but when I received these new frames on January 19, 2024, the color was still incorrect. I requested a refund, but my request was ignored and I was instead sent new frames that I did not want. On January 23, the lab placed a second order for the correct color, which I received on February 8, 2024. These frames were the correct size and color, but the lens popped out of the frame while I was wearing glasses within minutes of trying on the frames on for the first time. When I contacted the company for a refund on 2/29/24, I was informed that I was not able to receive a refund due to company policy. The quality of the frames are extremely poor, I have been denied a refund twice, and I have been charged hundreds of dollars for medically-necessary eyeglasses, and I have not yet received a functional product from this company.

            Lense direct made the wrong prescription for my lenses and are not honoring their quarantine to replace. They make conditions of documentation I need to provide on at a time, when I provide it then they have another condition that I need to meet. I have a very strong prescription, I'm blind without my glasses. They are not qualified to provide prescription lenses. Any ethical company would replace the lenses. Now I'm without new glasses because they kept my $191.00 dollars and gave me a prescription that I can't use. I have emails to prove what Im saying. Go to a real ****************** if you need your glasses for your vision.
