Now have ordered from them twice without receiving items. The first time they offered an incentive to refund to my Gearbest account. So I chose that option assuming I would order from them again. When I ordered from them the second time, again months passed without the items shipping. I contacted them about a refund however they claimed that now the refund can only go to the payment origin, which is now the Gearbest account. They also had used ******** Messenger as a support chat. Now that profile is gone, so you have to use their clunky chat system. They did cancel my order. but they still have my money. Are they a legitimate business? I suppose so, at least before the pandemic and their intermittent disappearance from the web, I did successfully order from them. Now it has been several years since anything arrived that I have ordered. And in each case, I would have rather had the items than the money, but as it stands I have neither.Review from Ron B

I never received the product I ordered and their website only works for placing orders. You can’t reach customer service through website, email and/or by phone. Gearbest.com is a ripoff.Review from Munish B

This site is a scam. I bought a drone in May 2021 and it was never sent. They provided a fake tracking number and they were never able to provide an actual shipping company name. After numerous emails to them their customer service reps kept delaying and giving false information. They offered to refund 50% claiming I never bought insurance. However no shipping insurance was offered and more importantly they're tracking number is fake and after two and a half months they still won't provide a real tracking number or real shipping company name. Ordered from Gearbest.com on 3/2/21 a LG Watch during a "Flash Sale". After almost 2 months of product not even shipping, took another 2 weeks to get a response. As others have said, "Product is out of stock and no date on arrival of more". Will not refund your money and make you create an account to access your 'Wallet" for your store credit. So I ordered a voice recorder on 5/4/21. Checked back on 6/17/21 and product has not shipped. Got the same excuse of product not in stock again. They let you "purchase" the item without telling you if they actually have it. You have a better chance with the stock market then actually receiving a product or a refund. Have also read reviews on other sites that Gearbest.com will say the many negative reviews aren't legitimate. Believe the customer, not the business this time. Still wondering if this is a real web store or a really good scam.Review from Daniel C

Placed Order in February, not even shipped. Support keeps telling me to be patient and adds 7-10 days after each inquiry. Offers me store credit instead of a refund because the order was placed so long ago.Review from Scott F

They take your money and send you the wrong product and then ask you to take photos and send to them and never resolve anything stating if wanting a refund to ship the item back which of course to China is not economically feasible. Will NEVER do business with this company again. They take advantage of their customers in every way possible.
