Best movers I've ever come across--feel lucky to have found them!

As much as I was looking forward to my move to city, I knew I had my work cut out for me. This wasnt my first move, quite the contrary, but it was my first move by myself so to speak.The day before Serenity movers scheduled, I was feeling overwhelmed sort of had a packing meltdown. I took a breath and called Serenity Movers next because I had run out of boxes. In my trying-not-to-cry voice, I asked ******* at Serenity if the movers would boxes with them tomorrow. In his calm, reasonable voice, he told me the movers would have boxes and not to worry, that tomorrow would be fine. Serenity movers arrived the next day. First, there was no judgement, they communicated with me the whole time, it was a team effort, they listened to me, they were accommodating, careful and efficient. Second, before I knew it, we were at my new place. It stated raining when we got there and I ran up to unlock new apartment. I went back downstairs and saw that my big items had been brought into lobby and my other items, now covered, being quickly and carefully unloaded. Nothing got wet. Everything handled with care and protected. Serenity had been able to block off the street when the rain started (!) unloaded the truck and then unblocked the street so timely, no one had noticed. Except my new Super who was super impressed. Lastly, the initial, agreed upon estimate is what you pay, no surprises (******* therapy sessions included). The boxes Serenity helped me pack the day of the move were labeled clearly- unpacking is a cinch. I realized there were 100 things that could have gone wrong with this move. But nothing did. I breathed a sigh a relief and you will too if you choose Serenity Movers.

Just used Serenity movers for a move from Manhattan to CT. The communications and accuracy of the quote were spot as we did some fine tuning. The Main contact was very proactive with updates leading up to the move and the movers themselves were a well oiled machine taking care to wrap the furniture with padding while moving swiftly. Highly recommend !

I recently had the pleasure of being moved out a storage unit I had been renting for a long time. Couldn't have been fortunate enough to find Serenity movers. Tge moment I spoke with Max *** heard that warm welcoming *** gorgeous voice of his I knew I found tge right company. He assisted me with all our email communiques', inventory list and gave me a fantastic and reasonable estimate. No hard sell and no hidden fees. My estimate was not a ***** more then quoted. He is such a sweet, kind *** warm man. He never got frustrated with me once. The day of the move I met ****** ***** and *******. They were a wonderful fast and efficient team. The entire move was only three hours *** it was done with care, courtesy and understanding as to me anxiousness of moving after soon long. A great bunch of men *** super professional movers. If ever the need be I won't hesitate one minute as to who I'll call fir the job. Serenity MOVERS. The best around!!

First time using movers and Serenity made the experience so much easier and stress free, for a fair price. Will definitely be using them again for moving needs.

This is the second time Ive used Serenity and each time they were excellent - setting up the move was easy and ******* was always a helping hand along the way - ***** and his crew were also excellent with making sure everything was packed right and protected - they were also fast !! Which was important cause we had a long distance to cover for one day move - Id use them again in a heartbeat .. Thanks to all at Serenity.

Serenity Movers showed up on time, they were so fast! I was also pleased that they were transparent about the pricing and very fair. None of my belongings were damaged and neither was either properties. I cannot recommend them more.
