The experience we had with ****** and the team he assembled for was unsurpassed!!! ****** promised if I took the steps he asked ,we would be in our very own home in less than a year. It took us 6 months to complete the entire process!! I would insist anyone I know looking for a professional , courteous & personal to call ****** and let him do what he does !!!

So glad we went with ICG. We pre-qualified with four different mortgage companies simultaneously and ***** with ICG was 10 times better than all the companies combined ***** and his team were so available, attentive, helpful, intuitive, and personable that there was literally no choice but to go with them. Not only did we enjoy our experience, as much as one can, but I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking to do business!!! We both are looking forward to utilizing ***** and his team again in the future...

I am the seller and my buyer is using this company as a lender. This woman has not been able to get in contact with *************************** or ***************************** who are her points of contact AFTER receiving her commitment letter!! We have been trying to set up a closing date for next Friday July 29th for the longest. My lawyer, her lawyer, both of our agents, everyone has tried everything to reach these people. Every number goes to voice-mail with no call returned. This is horrible customer service and a total waste of our time as well. This feels very scamlike, and it's seriously disheartening in a market where people really need to be able to reach their contacts and close in a timely fashion. How is it that NO ONE has been able to help in this situation after this woman completed the entire process?!! And how has this company been allowed to operate like this? All any of us want is a contact person to help us finish up this already lengthy process and close the deal which was agreed to by both the lender and borrower. Rates are rising, no one has time for this nonsense. This is a total shame.

We started out sending ICCG our financial info. After 3 weeks a different loan officer *************************** asked for the documents again. After 3 more weeks we had to ask for an update, we were told everything was going as planed and they were trying to get notary for final signatures. That was the last time I spoke with anyone from INTERCONTINENTAL CAPITAL GROUP. Neither *************************** NOR her manager ********************* would answer my phone calls, return my voice messages or reply to my text messages. These Employees Showed No Regard for the client's financial wellbeing. While they delay my loan, interest rates are climbing at record speeds. IT all worked out though I made 1 phone call and got a higher $ amount with 1 1/2 percent lower interest than ICCG offered all within 3 wks. ********************************* supervisor ********************* need to be fired .We made several attempts to contact them. We needed that money for funeral expenses. They put us through some real $ problems. I hope someone gets this to corporate office and ICCG can make changes that put the customer 1st

The whole team was great to work with. They made the whole process quick and easy. Would recommend them to anybody.
