              I have a stove that is three years old and is not working. I called as I have a warranty they came out and said it needs three parts a month later and many many calls I just keep being told they are waiting for one part. I have not had a stove in over a month and I paid a lot of money for my stove three years ago and want it fixed in a timely manner. I feel I am getting the run around and it is very unfair after paying for a warranty. .

              The service department is absolutely ridiculous when you call to schedule you can request a morning or afternoon appointment, but it won't matter the drivers on the day of get to choose when they want to arrive and the order they want to schedule you in. I asked for morning early because I had to pick a child up a school, and of course that's the time they chose to schedule me. Every delivery service allows you to pick at least a time frame or window, not this company. Not to mention they have no idea what's going on with my fridge and they were going to order parts they just put in until I said they just did that, then the guy said oh yeah your right, and said oh you need a board! They do not know what they are talking about about and I'm sure they are not licensed! Absolute garbage!
