      Awful experience. I paid Qualified Hardware a lot of money for some *** ****** hardware for a long standing account of mine. My customer paid $151.00 for three day guaranteed shipping and I received a notice the day before that it had just shipped. My customer needed here and installed to comply with a inspection deadline. I am now left with a unhappy customer who relied on us to get this job done when we said we would. I emailed them multiple time at their many email addresses and received absolutely no response. When I contacted the sales department by phone looking for answers their response was "what do you want us to do about it?'. I said I wanted a refund on the shipping as well as a explanation as to why I was not contacted on this matter. The representative told me he had no answer for me and I asked if their was somebody who could answer me and his response was you could try customer service but they can't help you either, Too many people work here. My company will never do business again with Qualified Hardware. I still stand to lose a account over this matter and am not shy about being heard about my experience. NO STARS.

      would not allow return despite problem being due to their incomplete item description. then after a week of emails back and forth they finally issue a return authorization code, but no return shipping label. who would spend money on return shipping given their terrible behavior. they probably would keep the money and the item and i would be out of return shipping costs as their final insult. best to just not buy from these people.

      We understand the customer's frustration. Unfortunately the issue lies with the customer's inability to understand how to install the $12 item that he purchased. Our website states that we will take returns on any item that is either defective or in resalable condition. The product in question was neither because it was not defective and not resalable because inexplicably the customer took the cylinder apart. Because. Mr. **** was so upset we decided to make an exception to our stated return policy and allow him to return the broken product for a full refund. Obviously even this was not good enough for Mr. ****. We consistently provide exemplary customer service and we believe we went above and beyond to satisfy Mr. **** and we believe he was being unreasonable. I'm sure upon further reflection Mr. **** will come to agree with us.
