Fisher Enterprises was able to close my loan and save my commercial property and I am thankful for that. David is excellent to work with -he answers his own phone and is always available for questions you may have in the process of closing the loan. Great to have people like David around.Review from JonS

They gave us a term sheet with financing supposedly arranged. In order to move forward with the term sheet we had to provide a refundable retainer. The retainer then became unrefundable, by their choice, when they couldn't follow through with the non-recourse loan we were looking for. Absolutely no information changed that would affect the loan from prior to the term sheet being produced and the final result that they couldn't follow through with their promise. We had many other options and instead are out thousands of dollars from David and his team's bait and switch. Would NOT recommend this organization for anyone looking for a straight forward pricing and an organization who can follow through on their term sheet.
