I purchased what I thought was a Rolex watch from Loucri Jewelers. When I went to sell it later I found out it was FAKE. I contacted the owner of the jewelry store and he refuses to do anything. He claims he doesn't know me. I have sent him documentation of my wire transfer to him and proof that the watch was fake The total on the watch was $****** I can attach all the documentation about the watch. I have a description of what the watch was suppose to be and the proof about the test run on the watch to determine it was FAKE. I don't think that someone knowingly should commit fraud against anyone and then not be held responsible. I am 73 years old and I saved a long time to purchase what I thought was a Rolex. I spent $ ****** on this FAKE watch. I have contacted an attorney and also filed a case against Loucri Jewelers with the New York Attorney General for selling counterfeit goods.I would suggest anyone that has purchased any jewelry from Loucri jeweler to have it checked out.If you would like more information or see the proof the watch was fake please contact me.*************************

This buyer tried suing ** via the ** District Attorney and lost.They realized that the buyer is fraudulent-trying to ask for a full refund of a watch they bought from us years ago. We know some people are facing hard times-but attempting to prey on our business is not the solution. They have already been reported to BBB.Karma will sort people like this out.thanks

They deal in arbitration only (look it up) therefore I did not lose and they NEVER said I was fraudulent !!
