On 11/20/21, I booked a "Move Out" deep clean of my apartment in ************* with MyClean, **** I paid $392.04. The business committed to provide a clean that complied with a "50-point checklist" which can be viewed here (***********************************************). On 11/27/21, a MyClean cleaner arrived at my apartment. When she left five hours later, virtually no part of the checklist that the company had committed to executing had been completed. For example, MyClean committed to kitchen counters; the kitchen counters were not cleaned. MyClean committed to scrub the wall behind the stovetop; this was not done. MyClean committed to vacuum and mop the floors; this was not done (a vacuum, broom and mop were provided). MyClean committed to wipe down the baseboards; this was not done. MyClean committed to clean various things in the bathroom; none of this was done. MyClean committed to clean the cabinets, this was not done. I immediately, with photographs of the uncleaned apartment, and repeatedly tried to contact MyClean to resolve this matter. I was told that the cabinets were not done because the cleaner had been instructed not to clean them; this is not true. Additionally, it doesn't explain--and MyClean has not explained--why the other items on the checklist were not completed. MyClean initially offered a free reclean of the apartment, which was not possible (and they knew this) because it was a moving out clean and I no longer had access to the apartment. They then offered a partial refund; this is not acceptable because the apartment was not cleaned at all. They provided no service of any value; therefore I would like a full refund and an apology.
