      I have tried calling to discuss this so-called account, that I keep getting letters about, and I do not recall signing up for. The first time I called, I was on hold for 13 minutes, did not speak to a soul but someone managed to get into the survey que. The second time I called, I had a hold time of over 30 minutes. I have tried accessing this so called account on line, but none of the information matches the information that would be for me. Please unroll me for this effective ASAP.

      In my experience, Morgan Stanley Green *** and ******** ********* is completely unprofessional and incompetent. They failed to deliver upon promises acceptable to me and fired me as a customer without cause.

      Information on one of my three Morgan Stanley *** accounts became lost after I moved in ****. The account was rediscoved while I was attempting to put my accounts online. SInce it was a small account individually and disconnected from the other two and below $5,000 MS charged a quarterly fee of $70 since it was a low funded account. Even though I still work at the same institution where I started the three accounts and held the other two MS never attempted to contact me but harvested over $5,000 in fees from the small account over a 20 year period. This was most certainly unethical and borderline crimial.

      Morgan Nobo CFP is no fiduciary but a scammer! ***** forced her to refund fees charged for fraudulently moving accounts and changing account numbers. Do not hire!

      My checking account have a restriction on it that they want lift. I have done everything they have asked of to verify my acct. I need my money to pay my house mortgage that's trying to come through on my chase acct. They said it could take up to 5 days. My chase will have insufficient charges add and my bills will go unpaid. They don't care. No other bank takes this long to remove a restriction. I don't even know why my acct is flagged. They play with people lives. How can you not have a operational teams available to do this 24/7. Then they are rude and unprofessional and tell you different things. I need my money!!!!

      Over the past two months, I have been trying to transfer my trust account to another financial institution. I had 4 accounts with Morgan Stanley/Etrade, and 1 of the 4 was successfully transferred. After numerous phone calls and emails, the request to transfer the 3 remain accounts have been denied. I have requested the matter be escalated to the management team and as of today, I have not received a response from management. The representative stated that someone will be in touch within 2 to 3 business days, its been over a week with no response. I have submitted all of the necessary paperwork along with being on the phone with my personal banker to ensure we had the paperwork in order. I'm giving Morgan Stanley/Etrade one last chance to resolve this issue. If the issue is not resolved by 2/28/2023, I will turn the paperwork over to the attorney and have all legal expenses paid for by Morgan Stanley. I recommend everyone do their due diligence before opening an account with **********************/Etrade.

      I have an Etrade account and have for decades. Today I went to download my tax forms and guess what? They're not there, even though it shows there is a document. Then I went to search for a way to send Morgan Stanley/etrade a message and guess what? There is no email contact, no form to fill out. No way to send a message within Etrade. There's no "customer service" like there was before. Searching for a new brokerage, because since Morgan Stanley bought them, it's a Shyt-hole. So I don't trust my money to be with them.

      1 star for morgan stanley Been trying to get money out of my mothers account for over a month !every rep I talk to tells me something different ! the most incompetent people ever ! I fill out forms and send them then they tell me i need other forms ! My mom needs her money to pay for health care ! they keep on the phone and on hold for hours ! never a solution ! I ask to speak to a supervisor and they tell me they are busy and will call back ! They never do ! Very Very angry !HELP ! Just a horrible company ! please help me !Thanks !!!

      0 stars. Steer clear of Morgan Stanley! Long story short: I opened a *************** 20 years ago with just $2000. A human being pitched me the account and was my advisor. Somewhere along the way they transferred me to a "virtual advisor" (= no advisor) and set up my account as one requiring a minimum balance of $250,000! That allowed them to being charging me a "low balance fee" of $50 per quarter, along with increasing my annual account maintenance fee substantially. So an account that was opened with only $2,000 became an account that they required to hold $250,000 in assets and there was no communication advising me to transfer to another type of account. Why do that when they can take $50 of my money per quarter, eating into the earnings I might have had. Completely unethical. I'm shutting down my account with them and telling everyone I know not to do business with them.

      My husband had some stock he wanted to sell. So he calls up the call center and asks what the price is, he is quoted the price so he tells them to sell. This was on February 7th. He is told he will get a confirmation email. Two days later he gets the confirmation email and the prices is over $1000 less than what he was quoted. For the last week he has been trying to dispute this. He asked to hear the call because they are saying that they would have told him the price would change the next day. If he knew the price would change he would not have told them to sell it. They are refusing to let us hear the call so what are they hiding??? We are filing a SEC complaint and also BB complaint on them. I would rate this company a Zero if I could as over the last week they put my husband on hold, don't call him back when they say they will, hang up on him, and finally today told them they listened to the call but we can't hear it and we cannot have a transcript of the call or listen to it. So we are just supposed to take them at the word that they did every thing correctly ???
