We do NOT accept returns - on  "Custom Made" products are made to order according to measurements that you provided. We will NOT take responsibility for mistakes that are made by the customer. If you have made a mistake when measuring and it is possible for us to correct it, we will take every effort to do so. All corrections will incur an additional charge. Charges will depend on required additional fabric & labor. No returns or exchanges on items that are marked as "Non Returnable". All returned items must be in original factory condition and packaging. We will not accept worn, misused, stained, soiled, altered or laundered items for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including items with Free Shipping. Coupons can not be combined and may not be applied to previous purchases.
