            We ordered two front bay Windows from Alure. About 6 months after the Windows were installed most of the panels had condensation and/or mold inside the double panes. We were told by the person that came with replacements at the time that this happens all the time the seals on the Windows from the factory are inconsistent and luckily you have a warranty. Over the years we have had panels replaced from time to time. We have been calling constantly to try to get the current batch replaced. It has been over a year of calling and messaging and we were promised someone measure and came back a few weeks later with the wrong size Windows. Since then it has been 6+ months with very little response.

            If you think how can a contractor can do a customer wrong, you can used me as an example of what to look out for and protect yourself.I was looking for a contractor for my home renovations and I chose Alure because of their rating. Goodness was I wrong choosing this company.I made a deal with Alure for my home renovations on 11/19 and signed a contract on 1/20. The contract stated the job will take 4-5 months. pandemic? understood, demolition/job started on 4/21. fast forward time, and my home is only 70% completed. Alure sent sub-contractors to work at my home for the most part, 2-3 hours a day, for almost each project stage. Hence, my renovations are going on to year 4. Project manager doesn't even answer emails/texts, particularly complaints. Communications with project manager have been almost non-existing. This is still the day I am still waiting for a project schedule!!!I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Also, they use subcontractors, so do yourself a favor and get the subcontractor yourself.Word of advise, do not pay any vendor ahead of time, and have a lawyer review the contract. You must have a lawyer review the contract. You must spend the extra $$ to save your neck of headaches.
