Thank you for your support to find a resolution here. I purchased a TruMedic ********** on 4/23/21. I had multiple surgeries over the previous summer and needed relief from this chair. The mechanics started to fail to move in the chair properly. I contacted ****** at TruMedic by phone at the end of 2021. He asked me to send him information by email, which I did on 1/4/22. To date, I've met every request by the company to have the Warantee supported and as of 2/16/22, I have yet to have any assistance to get my chair working again.Here is a copy of the 2 year Warantee from their website:**************************************************************************************** I've been informed by their support staff that they wanted the original receipt, which I obtained and sent to them. Then, they stated they didn't find them to be a company they would honor a receipt from. I was asked to connect them with the company that sold it to me, which I did. The seller responded and ****** and TruMedic did not connect with them after their response. I've spend hours upon hours trying to get my chair to be fixed, as their Warantee states. There is nothing in their terms that states it has to be purchased from certain stores as you can see in their document. I'm going to include all communication with the company with the exception of the phone calls. Thank you for mediating this issue.***********************
