      We received a dresser we ordered from target online. The package was incredably heavy, we had to unbox it and bring it up to the room in pieces.The drawer hardware had plastic on them and were taped in place. I didnt take off the plastic on any of them until I got to that part in the instructions, they were the last thing removed once I was done building the dresser. I provided a photo of the completed dresser so you can see the issue.Once I got to the final drawer and removed the protective plastic the entire hardware piece just fell into the drawer below it. I attempted to fix it myself and there appears to be no way to hold the bearings while inserting the sliding bar, It appears to be a manufacturing defect.We reached out to the company as instructed in the red book that accompanied the instructions to request a replacement piece of hardware for the drawer. The company responded and informed us that they do not have any replacement drawer hardware and that we will need to bring this 150lb dresser down stairs and back to Target to obtain a refund This is not possible, I having medical issues following complications from my hip replacement and my wife is 7 months pregnant so we are both unable to carry this dresser. Additionally, we live in ****** and make a trash run on the first Sunday of every month so we no longer have the box. Not to mention that it took 3.5 hours of my time to build this, so if they want me to pay someone to move this thing to Target how will I be compensated for my time building it?After we informed them that we are unable to bring this back to Target they stopped responding to our emails. All we want is a replacement set of drawer hardware to replace the factory defective piece and I will complete the install. If this is not possible we will have to receive a refund, but we are unable to remove it from out home so the company can leave it hear or cover the $120 for the furniture movers here in ******* ** to move it to Target.

      If I could give this company a negative zero review I would I purchased a crib in December of 2023 madd by delta thru ****** Bay location that was closing and it was a final sale. I opened the crib in February only to find out they were missing parts. I contacted the company and initial they replied let me know that they will be using the information on this claim to place as a warranty order and they asked me to provide Pictures of item showing issue with product. To keep my item readily available as they may request additional pictures to clarify your issue. Pictures of parts page. Indicating piece required.Pictures of packaging if available.A clear picture of the Delta Children Product Manufacturer Label Information located on either the left side rail or back bottom rail. I went ahead and sent them all the information they wanted only for them to email me back saying We apologize that you are experiencing an issue with your current order. However, we are unable to process warranty claims internationally. You will need to reach out to the retailer of purchase and request an exchange or refund as outlined by their guidelines. What I dont understand is whats the point of a warranty if you not gonna take claims from international but you sell your product internationally. Mind you I reside in ****** and this is an ***************** So up to this day my crib its standing on one leg. Telling me they couldnt ship to me the missing leg of the crib they manufactured and distributed to be sold to customers.

      Thank you for contacting our **************** Delta Childrens Furniture has thoroughly reviewed the statement submitted on 03/28/2024 and the accompanying material in which our customer states they experienced issues in receiving assistance to their outreach.

      We have reviewed our e-mail tracking system and do note our consumer initially reached out on 03/06/2024,stating that they were missing their Left ********* from their Tribeca 4-in-1 Convertible Crib. Delta Children does acknowledge there was a delay in our response and for this we do apologize. On 03/11/2024, we responded to our consumer, requesting the additional information necessary to assist. Our consumer provided the particulars on the same day. We then informed our consumer that unfortunately we are unable to assist due to their claim being an international warranty and advised them to contact their retailer for further assistance.

      On 03/27/2024, our consumer resent the requested information that we previously asked for. On 03/28/2024, we reiterated to our consumer about our international warranty policy.On the same day, our consumer stated that the store that they purchased the crib from permanently closed and they are unable to return. We then advised our consumer that the item that they purchased is considered a Final Sale and is not covered under our warranty. Our consumer responded, claiming that the warranty does not mention the Final Sale policy. We responded, showing them on our warranty where our Final Sale policy is located. Our consumer replied, claiming we were falsely advertising our policies. We contacted our consumer, informing them that we would be researching their claim further.

      We then called our consumer, apologizing for any misunderstanding and advised them that as a one-time courtesy, we would be sending a replacement Left *********. On the same day,our consumer filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We advised our consumer that once the order was done processing, we would provide them with the tracking information.

      Thank you for the opportunity to review the concerns with our consumer.
