Thank you for contacting our **************** Delta Childrens Furniture has thoroughly reviewed the statement submitted on 03/28/2024 and the accompanying material in which our customer states they experienced issues in receiving assistance to their outreach.
We have reviewed our e-mail tracking system and do note our consumer initially reached out on 03/06/2024,stating that they were missing their Left ********* from their Tribeca 4-in-1 Convertible Crib. Delta Children does acknowledge there was a delay in our response and for this we do apologize. On 03/11/2024, we responded to our consumer, requesting the additional information necessary to assist. Our consumer provided the particulars on the same day. We then informed our consumer that unfortunately we are unable to assist due to their claim being an international warranty and advised them to contact their retailer for further assistance.
On 03/27/2024, our consumer resent the requested information that we previously asked for. On 03/28/2024, we reiterated to our consumer about our international warranty policy.On the same day, our consumer stated that the store that they purchased the crib from permanently closed and they are unable to return. We then advised our consumer that the item that they purchased is considered a Final Sale and is not covered under our warranty. Our consumer responded, claiming that the warranty does not mention the Final Sale policy. We responded, showing them on our warranty where our Final Sale policy is located. Our consumer replied, claiming we were falsely advertising our policies. We contacted our consumer, informing them that we would be researching their claim further.
We then called our consumer, apologizing for any misunderstanding and advised them that as a one-time courtesy, we would be sending a replacement Left *********. On the same day,our consumer filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We advised our consumer that once the order was done processing, we would provide them with the tracking information.
