I contacted this business to give me a $5000 loan against a potential settlement that I have coming everything was going fine and good until I got in contact with a female named ****** who told me that I should contact my bank and ask my bank if they accepted ACH wire transfers from the federal reserve those were her exact words I called my bank and asked my bank exactly that and they said yes they accept ACH Y or transfers me not being privy to this language or lingo I thought that ACH Y transfer was all one definitive word but no it's not ACH is 1 type of transfer and a wire is a different type of transfer they're not cohesive they're separate and because this chicken didn't know her job she wired the money to an account that doesn't accept the wire and now I can't get ahold of anybody in the company and I've been trying to get ahold of anybody in the company for the past 3 days and I can't get ahold of nobody like seriously no one is answering the phone but I'm on the hook for $5000 which is crazy I want my money and I want it now
