We have used Fielack Electric for multiple projects over the last ten years. They have always arrived when promised including a courtesy "we're on the way" call. Their team of technicians *** (lead), ***** ******** and Fermine has always performed their work in a clean, safe and professional manner while answering any and all questions we've had before, during after their work. ***** knowledge of the anatomy of a house has made some of the long runs of cabling they have done a snap. Work they've performed for us includes: diagnosed and remediated overloaded circuits; moved and upgraded electric panel with surge protection; completed rewire of bathroom; installed new GFCI circuits for appliances; installed new ceiling fans; replaced and redressed outlets and switches; installed ethernet line which required navigating the wire around the entire house; ran cabling through tight crawl spaces on the hottest day in the middle of the summer without complaint; coordinated required inspections. Their entire team, lead by ****, has always worked to educate us regarding the best practices to ensure we've always made the right choices. They have NEVER tried to sell us something we didn't need. Finally, they have always worked to fit us into their schedule especially when we had work that was urgent. We highly recommend Fielack Electric for any and all of your electrical projects big or small.

*** and **** came over and did a great and clean job! I needed to upgrade to a 220 for an AC and now Im not melting anymore! They were very detailed and informative. After their explanation of what they had to do, I felt like I just passed a 101 course. I highly recommend them! Thanks fellas!

In a world in which most companies don't seem to care or give a **** about their cusromers, it was refreshing to find Fielack Electric. The two electricians they sent to us were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. The issue in our house could have caused a fire, and they repaired/replaced the defective parts properly and efficiently, while explaining everything they were doing at every step along the way. There is no doubt that this is the company we shall call whenever we need any sort of electrical work done in the future, and we shall confidently recommend Fielack Electric to all our friends!

*** and **** are an outstanding Fielack Electric team with great human relations skills. Thats why we call them for all electrical work. They have removed and corrected indoor and outdoor violations and recently upgraded our landscaping lights. Kudos to this team and **** who gives us an affordable contract.

I had a variety of electrical issues in my co-op to be addressed. Found Fielack via ******, gave them a call. An actual person answered, said I'd get a call back to schedule. Sure enough, got a call the same day and set it up. Appointment had to be rescheduled due to an emergency from another customer, but I was called well in advance, rescheduled no problem, very good customer communication! Reasonable pricing. Jim and Matt were the duo who completed my work - some switch and outlet replacements. They were courteous, professional, efficient and arrived exactly on time. Very satisfied with the service received!

This company defines "Customer Service". Great work. I want to thank, in particular, Steve, Fermin, and Adam who completed the contract I needed and did a great job. If I could give 6 stars I would. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you might need done. Can't say enough good about them.
