***** was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. I am new to crypto and trading, took a chance on something questionable and lost. He assured me that they do have of tracking these transactions and it is possible to track bad people down. For people who have lost a lot of money it is well worth checking them out. I was happy that he explained to me what had happened and why it happened the way it did in a very fluid manner eventhough the funds wont be recovered he was able to nurture the fact that it was a lessoned learned and could have been much worse I was happy he could deliver the bad news in such a way that it sounded more like good news this man deserves a promotion and a raise!MyChargeBack Response

I was scammed out of a minor amount of money (******). After I submitted a complaint with ScamWatcher a representative from *** based MyChargeBack responded and gave me much appreciated knowledge, advice and suggestions on what I can do. Though they did not help me he was honest and said it would cost me three times as much as what I had invested so not worth it. Regardless, they took the time to help and, if nothing else, it was heartening to have some positive support. I will say that it would have been great to have a ******** company get back to me.MyChargeBack Response
