On March 9, 2023 I provided a package for shipment with Bombino (Via Express Courier LLC). It contained 20 blouse pieces (from 20 expensive sarees) and 6 measuring blouses and was shipped for getting blouses done to measurements from *******, *****. The Bombino AWB# was *********. From the beginning until today (03/28) there are no records of any movement of the package against that tracking number. On pursuing both Bombino and Express courier all along the way by phone, email as also physically visiting one of their offices, I got no results. I have even suggested Bombino that they should search their warehouse as an AWB scan cannot be missed everywhere. They informed me after **** days that they think the package is missing and I should go ahead and claim. However, I told them several times that missing it is not an option as the sarees (Total cost $5,000) are useless without those coordinated blouses to go along. Just the blouse pieces are small pieces of clothes that are not expensive, but the problem is that once they are lost, they cannot be replaced unless the original sarees are purchased. Today I wrote to them today that if they will not search and rather settle the claim then they should compensate by paying $5,000 plus shipment charges ($135) so that sarees can be replaced. I informed them that I will file complaint with BBB as well as they did not really attended to me request to search thoroughly. I want the help of BBB to place this message in their profile with you and ask them on my behalf that either they should find the package or pay me the amount indicated.My most optimum resolution is to locate the package sincerely and ship it or send back to me along with shipment charge. The other option is to compensate with $5000 (for sarees) and $135 for shipment.
