Absolutely Horrible. Unprofessional. Would leave a zero if possible. This company was contracted to provide cleaning services for a medical office. A contract was put into place clearly outlining which services were to be provided including costs of supplies which were the responsibility of Executive Cleaning. Not only did they fail to properly clean the space, which was evident due to the amount and size of built up dust ***** on the counters, in corners, on windowsills, in the waiting rooms, and floating around under desks, they also failed to properly clean the bathrooms. After months of issues and complaints which included months of pictures showing them the state of the office I agreed to give them time to correct such issues, which they failed to do. This company never fulfilled any of their covered services however they continued to **** their monthly fee and collect money for the services that they never provided. Additionally, Executive Cleaning was to supply their own cleaning materials (cost rolled into monthly fee) which they never actually supplied. From the start, they helped themselves to cleaning supplies that I had purchased for the office, while continuing to **** me the monthly cost for those supplies. They never produced a proper MSDS sheet- most likely because they never purchased supplies. When these concerns were addressed with the cleaner he stated he never dusted or did a thorough clean because his management team over- extended him making it a time issue. Once the contract was terminated, Executive Cleaning tried to bully me into paying the remaining month by sending threatening emails despite knowing they failed to ever provide proper cleaning services.
