I joined the online course that is sold for the *** exam. I studied through a good portion of the videos and the *** that is supplied when I realized that having a physical book would be useful for notes and reading on the go as the online course does not supply a true *** but one that can only be viewed on the not mobile friendly website. When searching for a physical book i realized that the book on sale on amazon stated it came with the e learning course and a mock exam. this disturbed me and I reached out to customer service to understand the difference as I had paid nearly double the rate of the book. you can see that here. ********************************************************************** At the time of this posting the first picture on the book shows that it comes with a full length mock exam. The above concern lead me to an email chain with customer service attempting to understand the difference between two products that they sold. After explaining what I saw as a deception. I was removed from the *** course that I had nearly 50% completed and refunded my purchase. This was not a request I made during the email nor do I believe it was implied. I have had days of my life literally stolen by this company at this point and per the email this was a decision made by the *** of the company. I don't believe that there is an easy way to make this right as I now must start a new course and spend time that I have already allocated away from my family and day to day life. The *** has since reached out to me stating I was not expelled. somehow further cementing the amount of deceit I feel to have bene gone through as I can not access the course and if I were to sign back up I would start from 0.

This company charged my credit card, never delivered the service and has been unresponsive ever since. January 1 - I ordered the online PMP course scheduled to begin on January 6th. Immediately, I received a payment confirmation email that said they would email the access information within 48hrs.January 5th - I still had not received anything beyond the payment confirmation so I emailed requesting the info. January 6th - Class scheduled to begin this day. Still no response. I emailed asking for a refund.January 8th - still no response so I called and left a message requesting a refund.January 9th - my call was returned but I was unable to answer.January 10th - I called again and was told they would need to email a link to me so I could fill out a refund request form. I immediately completed the form, push submit and it just clears out. No idea if it was submitted, so I emailed the individual who is apparently responsible for refunds and asked for confirmation that my request was received.January 16th - still no response so I decided to try the refund request form again. This time it successfully submitted and I received an automated email saying that I would receive a response within 48 hours. January 19th - (today) still no response (well past the 48hr response time that they claimed). I have arrived at the conclusion that this business is a scam - however, Ill let you draw your own conclusions based on the stated facts.

I prepaid for a pkg AUTOCAD I, II COURSE I attended 1 day of class. class #2 canceled because instructor was exposed to Covid. We all showed up for class.The receptionist said an email had been sent out at 11PM, which none of the students had received, obviously.I was informed that the next AUTOCAD COURSE would convene Jan 10th - an ENTIRE MONTH LATER I attended this 3 day class,. Autocad II to begin on Monday January 17. I received an email at 9pm today, January 12, that my AUTOCAD II class is canceled. I enrolled in this course months ago in order to gain employment. I havent received PROPER training and would like a complete refund. Plz warn people who are actively seeking employment and/or a career change - this is NOT THE RIGHT PLACE I
