      Chase refused to give me my money when a thief stole my account number and purchased $212 from Best Buy. I filed a police report who told me over 100 people that has Chase has lost money because Chase believes the thief. This happened at a Best Buy 200 miles away. Chase won’t reimburse me.

      My name is xxx I have a business account with chase.when I started the business account I have the option accept credit card .I sell one of my product to a customer. Customer paid the money with his credit card $x .before that I tried myself a $x transation.both is on hold.i didn't misuse or do any mistake.chase give the option to accept credit card.i tried to use it.now all the money is on hold and now it's cancelled.i would like to reopen the accept credit service.please activate the service to my account.and the money hold transfer to the account .I would like to know what I did wrong.please do the needful.how this account categorize as high risk.what shall I do to get the money to my account.customer said chase already took the money from his account.since I don't have the activation for accept debit card I cannot send the money back to the customer also.so give some answers.i hope you understand my concern .now its hold for 120 days .... This is the concern I did to chase web management. Very poor service. Reply We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we looked into the details of your account. Unfortunately, we will discontinue processing payments for your business. Any funds in the account have been placed in reserve and will be reviewed for potential release in 120 days from the closure date of 3/14/24 If you would prefer to refund your payments back to the cardholders in order to arrange payment via other means please confirm and we will issue the refund Because of the proprietary nature of our review, we are unable to share more information regarding this decision.       This morning I was up early and caught two new charges on an account that I do not have a card for currently, is in no digital wallet of mine, is not stored with anyone by account number and routing number yet two charges. So I call the Chase number on the back of my Disney card at around 2:45amPST to 3:00amPST. I was given an individual that automatically calls me ma'am. Last time I checked I'm a sir. Then ended up getting pissed when I corrected them politely. Then I told the woman that this was the 5th fraudulent charge this month and this one had happened without the new card even making it to me. She said that she had to transfer me and I got another woman that I explained everything again but probably a little more irritated. She then told me she had to transfer me and it said "I hope all of your issues today were resolved, your survey won't be needed." She hung up on me and when I called back the new woman told me that Chase allows charges to "reconnect" without your consent as a convenience and that if someone gets one of your cards in their mobile wallet it takes telling the bank to disconnect all mobile wallets to catch all charges. After my joyous morning I will be running to the bank when it opens to move any current money to a new bank.

      Very poor customer service. I sent iut a Zelle payment of $154 from my Chase bank to my USAA bank, this left me a balance of $4.12. Then I Zelled $150 from USAA back to Chase. I spent $150 from the Chase account. Balance should be $4.12. There was a $100 deposit and a $45 Zelle deposit into my Chase account. My balance should be $149.12 but fue to some fuzzy math or computer glitch, I only have 12 cents in my account!! I have tried emails, cusyomer service and Chase secured messaging. Nothing. This were the ONLY transactions on my account 2/21 - 3/1 and yet no one can do simple math.

      Chase erroneously cancelled 3 payments I tried to make...the last 2 were cancelled for no reason... the website says that "I" requested for the payments to be cancelled, WHICH I DID NOT, then one of the reps, Carlo, tells me that the receiving bank cancelled it.... which is different from the information on my account... YOUR ACTIONS have caused negative consequences of the person's bank account getting cancelled, BECAUSE CHASE/Zelle deemed the transaction as fraud (per Navy Federal) but the best part was talking to Isabelle, who let out a loud sigh when I started to explain my situation, was EXTREMELY RUDE, telling me that I am wrong with what I SEE ON THE SITE... "could not see why" the transcations were cancelled... rudely claimed that a supervisor would call me back in "7 days, morning noon or night." I have NEVER had to deal with such a rude person, and this is my last negative experience, as there are MANY OTHER people who would LOVE to manage my HARD EARNED MONEY

      Since January of 2024, my paychecks have been held for 10 days. Every time I call, a customer service agent says it’s my payers bank that is holding the check. But other coworkers that do not have Chase don’t have the problem of holding out checks, and others that do have Chase, all experience the same problem. I’ve been late on payments and bounced checks because Chase banking is very shady. I’m waiting for my check to finally clear after the 10 days so I can withdraw my money and close my account. This has been such a horrifying experience and a BANK HOLDING YOUR MONEY should be illegal. Disgusting company.

      JP Morgan Chase is the worst bank on the face of the earth!! They take your money, label you as fraudulent, and then keep your money from you while they supposedly investigate. The first time it happened, it took 6 months! And Chase Bank ignored subpoenas and court orders to forward the money. I don’t know why I even gave them a second chance. Stupidity i guess. But i hope i can stop it before it gets to the point of my first case.

      ****** ****** is the absolute worst bank representative i've ever come across. She is rude and condescending and vile. She made accusations and assumptions on my fiancé almost to the point of defamation of character. She doesn't know how to speak to people and is bad image for Chase Bank. we dont even want to bank here anymore because of her! she needs a refresher course on how to be a decent human being and treat people with dignity and respect and compassion! Fancy clothes do not equate to class...how you treat people does! Goodbye Chase Bank! you left a sour taste in my heart!

      My Credit Report has false information due to Chase Bank ****** Card actions. The scam worked like this. I canceled my ****** ***** membership and Chase Card in January 2024. Chase sent me a new unrequested card. I did not activate the Card or use it in any way. Chase that posted the ****** ***** monthly membership fee to the Card. I do not have ****** ***** membership nor have access to any of the benefits it provide. In fact, the letter that the Card was attached states the Card rewards are for non-***** customers. . I can't contact Chase as they require I validate my account with the phone numbers they report as mine. I have not had access the listed cell phone number for five years and the rotary home phone number for much longer. Do not use ****** ***** Chase Card if you may ever in your life have to change your phone number. My number was changed by error by my cell phone provider.

      They advertise being able to use mobile atm as a service but when I was stranded due to them saying this was fraud verifying and accessing the account for them to turn around and say I am forced to use the physical card. They blocked my access to get my money out and left me stranded for a service it says they provide
