    In August 2022 I went to Legend Nissan to buy my already leased car (Nissan Murano) of 2 years. My salesman was **** whom my cousin over the phone and I were told dont charge me anything except papers work and tax fees. He said no problem, he understood everything. Then he sent me to the financial department where ******* who came at the end of the day around 5 pm and was in a rush to leave work gave me an iPad to sign and told me that there werent any overcharges after I asked her if she was aware of my request. When I came home I find out that she overcharged me for the extended lease for 6-7 months ( my car cost on that time was around 24000$), overcharged me on rate (which was 5.8% at that time but she calculated on 6.2%) and charged me on maintenance which I didnt ask. I think I have rights to choose what to charge when I buy a car for myself. I did receive overcharge for wrong rate (1500$) from Nissan, I uploaded notes below but still didnt get my overcharge for maintenance (1850$) , uploaded contract below and overcharge for extension of my lease which I was told over the phone that this is free just an increase in NY taxes. I was talking with ******* all this time and she promised me to fix it and it continued from August until February or March when she finally told me that I am giving her headaches , after which I decided to write my complain and want to receive refund. I am a single mother and will appreciate your help.

    My experience with LEGEND NISSAN in ******* was horrendous. My father and I came in to buy a 2021 Infiniti Q50. We sat with ********************* and boy oh boy. Im not sure whos the bigger liar, ********************* or his Manager *************************. They assured me that the vehicle is Certified Pre Owned, that is has a warranty on it, and that there is a power train warranty of 7 years or ******* miles. ********************* was short and made no eye contact, sat us at his desk by ourselves for over an hour (guessing to not be put under the microscope) and first thing he did was swap the plates from our trade in to the new ************** just didn't feel right.We finally sit with the finance manager and everything we were told was a LIE I specifically asked if the car was certified by Infiniti and I was told YES. Lie, the car is certified, but by some random 3rd party certification that Ive never heard of. The car also does not have any warranty left on it (even though I was assured by both ********************* and ************************* that it does)And, the powertrain warranty from Infiniti that both ********************* and ************************* claim that the car has was false Needless to say, I came out of the finance office and asked both ********************* and ************************* what the deal was and the both of them had nothing to say and just put their heads down. Refused to look me in the eye because they know what they know what they did.At one point, ************************* did mention that they acquired INFINITI in March of 2023 and are still not familiar with the brand. So, youre telling me that you acquired a car brand 10 months ago and still dont know the policies and procedures? Basic warranty information? How the car brand operates?I felt bad for the financing woman who was helping us because she was caught completely blindsided by the lies we were told. I dont remember her name but she was very sweet and the look on her face said it all. Horrible experience with ********************* and ************************* at LEGEND NISSAN.

    I spoke with the Customer and apologized for the misunderstanding and assured them that the car they were interested in was in fact a certified vehicle. I'm hoping to retain them as a customer
