I left my car there for 6 days with a list of things for them to repair and service. I was in communication with my service rep. *** once I got back from being away. I called the service center for an hour. They kept giving me the run around until someone finally had the courtesy to speak to me direct and let me know that they did not even look at my vehicle. When I asked why, they simply said they are understaffed and overworked. This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from any so called professional dealership. My frustration was multiplied greatly when she began to ask me questions that she had already asked me last week when I dropped my car off. I want to just go and pick up my car. But my BRAKES need to be changed. When I toda her the car isnt safe to drive. She asked me whats wrong with the brakes. I told her they need to be changed. She said thats not a good enough reason for me to request changing them. Accusing me of taking advantage of my warranty for no reason. My brakes are in dire need of being changed. *** even their own service workers told me the same thing. I dont know who to companion to. I dont know who they need to manage the place. I dont know how to react to being treated this way. I pay $900 a month for my car and the service is absolute garbage. I wouldve rather them spit in my face then do something like this. Unacceptable.
