      I'm filing a complaint against Curry ACURA ******************* *********, **. I brought a brand new 2019 ACURA RDX AWD teck package November 2018 from another Acura Dealership. Day one I started experiencing brake noise. I took back to the dealership I purchased from service department in which they did not resolve my issue. I reached out to ACURA Client Relations in which they assigned me a case Manager and Case number I decided to bring my car to a local Acura dealership ****************** which brings me to Curry Acura *********. There the nightmare begins along with the stress, aggravation and steady fight to get my issues resolved with the vehicle I own. For 3 1/2 years I have been back and forth for brakes. The last time the attempt to resolve the brake noise was made was in around November 2020. Keep in mind COVID year. I have had a laundry lists with complaints with the vehicle to Acura Client relations and the service department the brakes, infotainment system, speaker noise, fuel pump, transmission concerns, suspension issues. If it wasnt for the CAse Manager I was assigned from Acura Client relations to stay on them I would of never got some of my warranty work repaired. Unfortunately, Case manager I was assigned is no longer there as of April 2021. I have been back and forth to this dealership complaining to this day about brakes. The recent issue I have is they damage upper plastic panels and strip/screws to my rear tailgate. When I address it Curry Acura Service Manager ********************* said she would take care of it. Highly disappointed was never told about the damage to my vehicle and the cheap fix they did on 5/24/22 was cover it with plastic round clips. I sent and email to the Service Manager *****, Highly dissatisfied with the repair and as of today no response. Also make a note my service advisor ******************* at Curry Acura was supposed to discuss ordering the panels with ***** as of today 6/6/22 no response.

      My experience with Curry Acura was my worst experience ever. I live in in Queens but I work as a registered nurse in *******. While I was leaving work on 9/8/23 my car was unable to accelerate faster than 10 mph and I was getting prompts on the dash board to take the car to an Acura dealership. Seeing that I was not going to be able to make it home, I googled the nearest Acura dealership and Curry Acura happened to be the nearest one. I was met by service advisor ***********************************. I explained the situation. I ended up paying $70 for an uber home. I received a few calls with no updates. This went on for 7 days. During this time no accommodations for a loaner or rental were made. I drive for work and I have only had this vehicle for 2 years without any issue. I had to rely on borrowing vehicles from friends and family, on the days I could not secure a vehicle I missed work and lost wages. On day 7 I go to the Acura of ************* and explain the situation to them. They called Curry Acura on my behalf and were told by Curry Acura that they are more than welcomed to come get the car but I would have to pay for the diagnostics and the spark plug that they replaced even though they never figured out what was wrong with the car. I paid my balance with Curry Acura over the phone then paid additional money to have my car towed from ********* ** to ************* Long Island. My car reached the Acura of ************* around 3pm on 9/15/23. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call 9/18/23 evening letting me know that I had a broken valve in cylinder #1 that needed to be replaced along with the fuel injector and timing chain. And this was all covered by my service agreement that was still active. They figured this out in less than 3 days at no charge but for whatever reason Curry Acura had my car for 7 days and charged me ****** and had me pay for my own tow to get my vehicle out of there. I essentially feel as though I was scammed and had my time wasted.
