We are a family of seven drivers; Mom, Dad, Four Young *** and one Young lady. Therefore, we all have had our share of accidents here and there, especially those of us who are driving in *** and confronting with a high volume of drivers of all types on a daily basis! Ours cars have been repaired several times at different collision companies, but no one has the integrity, expertise, customer service, dedication and high overall customer satisfaction as ******************* and his sons at Collision Specialists of Inwood, **** I never thought about writing a review for a Collision business, but it would be a disservice to many people if I do not do it. Before my youngest son was involved in an accident this month, I was just like the other customers; I would pay and pray that no one would not be involved in accident any time soon. This time we went to four places, talked to other drivers, read the reviews online and felt compelled to do business with ******************* especially after we saw many cars at the shop including some police cruisers. Also, Rich did not ask me to put any money down before starting working on the car as another collision company in ******** did. He just gave me an estimate, told me that he was going to call me if the car needed any other repairs, told me when to drop and when to pick up our car. That was all! No hassle! No drama! Just simple good work and great work ethics! The most important thing is that the car does not look that was involved in an accident. It looks better than before, and it was detailed clean before we pick it up! I forgot to say that the price quoted was very competitive. When my husband and son went to pick up our car, there was a man who came all the way from the Bronx to pick up his car as well. ******************* of Collision Specialists of Inwood, Incorporated do not have to spend money on advertisement because many satisfied customers are witnesses of his good work, expertise, integrity and great customer service!
