      I ordered a baseball cap marked as "clearance", which I naturally assumed meant it was being discontinued. Immediately after clicking submit I realized I ordered the wrong size and reached out to find there is no customer service--none. There is no number to call, no response from X, and it took about a week for a response on Messenger. I wanted to correct the size to avoid unnecessary returns. When I received the errored order I stared a return to learn that I can only have a refund if I pay $9.99. I can get a gift card for the full amount for free, so that's what I chose. I looked at the cap in the correct size to put into my cart for purchase once my refund was processed to find the "clearance" cap is now at full price (about $15 more). How is this company allowed to continue operating? I will likely throw the gift card in the trash, and I will never order anything from this scam shack again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

      The product is horrible. I was also informed I would be refunded with my original form of payment. They sent me a gift card. I called I cant get a supervisor. They tell me they cant even put me on hold for a supervisor. This website is c*** The product is c*** They waste no time to take your money, but wont refund it. What am I gonna do a gift card? I would never even buy anything from them again.

      MLBShop.com is awful. I ordered a hat and assumed they would ship it the next day..... I just received an email that my item will be shipped 13 days from the date of purchase, that is completely unacceptable! They send a lame email apologizing for the delay, and also if I want to cancel the order I can do it... I'm afraid to do that since I read all the reviews on how people got screwed on the refunds and stuff. This is the first and last time I make a purchase at ***********

      Ordered a ***** Ranger hat on 11/1/23 and the bank charge was 11/2/23, so I waited for shipping info, and I waited. My order was still processing a week later. I used the online chat and they told me they had no product for shipping. I said YOU can't charge MY bank for a hat YOU do NOT have available to ship. They offered me a refund right away which i took. This is a bogus shady site IMO.

      MLB.TV customer service is nonexistent. I reported a problem with their media player and I get "The current application release does not contain the feature you have requested. We are always looking for ways to enhance our features and services." Ticket closed. Second attempt I get the link to FAQ. 7 tickets created and 40 days later and still no response from MLB.com regarding the problem I highlighted. I attempt to escalate problem to MLBExecutiveRelationsCSMLB.com and nothing. They don't care. Unprofessional. I love baseball and I live out of market from my team so this was my only option. Been a subscriber since 2014. Never again.

      MLB.tv advertises that in my area I can get all regular season games except the ones in my blackout area which are the Seattle Mariner games. When in fact many many times it will blackout games and have them moved to Appletv or Youtubetv or some other network app with no way of the MLB.tv paid subscribers being allowed to access those games, only people with those subscriptions. Seems that more and more games are being moved from MLB.tv to those other apps so that their subscribers cannot view them. Why would they not want their subscribers to not watch the games they have paid for? Yes, we have paid for those games that they have moved in order for us not to be able to watch them. I just don't understand? They have also not returned my email trying to get an explanation for this. Rip off!

      I ordered 2 hats from this shop and they only put one in the order for shipping. I called them before it was shipped and it was considered a system error. They told me that there was nothing they could do, so I basically could wait for the order and then fix it. The order had not shipped so I was adement on having it fixed. The manager was conventiely on lunch break for over 1 hour. I waited on the phone.The order number also leads to nothing. No information on the order being placed or status. But, my credit card shows the charge. So far, the issue has not been resolved.

      MLB.TV claims I am in a blackout zone when I am not. I can load games and watch on my phone using the same Internet connection but when I try to watch on my TV it shows a blackout claim. Their customer service is impossible to reach. What a sham!

      ******* Absolutely horrible customer service since they moved it outside the **. They cant provide me with service and they wont refund my money. Ive had this service for years and loved it. Never again. Also bought some hats and t shirts from **** They sent me a shirt marked XL that would fit an 8 year old and wanted $12 to return it. Im done with ****

      Customer support is horrible !Hard time reaching someone .I paid an extra $16 for expedited shipping (4 business days) only to find out my package wouldnt arrive until 7 business days later. Total scam ! Its shameful that such a profitable organization , takes advantage of people
