I probably won't have enough room to write. If you love your pets, do not go anywhere near this facility. I was a client for 15 years. When 'Dr.' ******** took over, everything went way south. She thinks she's a politician. She's also the rudiest, most uncompassionate person I've ever met.All their policies have changed and it is no longer about pet care, much like the health care system. My indoor cat has to go once a year bc he's on medicated food. He's due for his annual now but I have serious medical conditions and they couldn't guarantee that his food would be renewed. Before 'Dr.' ******** took over, you could schedule your pet a few months down the road and they would renew his food. Not any more! They couldn't guarantee that anymore...? So I finally had enough and called to transfer his records. I then get an email that his prescription had been canceled. I certainly understand bc I'm leaving the practice, however they couldn't leave me 1 refill???? They don't know when my pet has an appointment, so we'll just cancel his entire prescription jeopardizing the health of my pet...after religiously going for 15 years! So neglectful.1 'Dr.' there literally harassed me for 2 days straight on her personal cell, calling and texting me. Another 'Dr.' there doesn't check for my pet's issue which he's on the medicated food for. 1 last incident. I had to put my dog down after 2 years. Unfortunately I got 'Dr.' ******** and she was so rude to me. She didn't answer any of my questions which screams incompetence. She had zero compassion that I was saying goodbye to my pet of 12 years. This place is an absolute disgrace and they overcharge like you wouldn't believe. 2 visits, 2 different pets, had same exact things done, the prices were $100 difference! Stay away at all costs.
