              I purchased a faucet online from Supreme Kitchen and Bath. The website states 60 day return policy. Im well within 60 days. Ive emailed several times, provided photos, called several numbers, left messages. They wont give me a RMA number or instructions to return the faucet. They keep stalling and delaying to run out the 60 day return. In one email, they wanted me to buy another faucet from them first before allowing me to return the first faucet. I simply want to return the brand new, never used faucet for my money back. I understand I have to pay for shipping. I need instructions on how to get get my refund.

              Unimpressive return policy - "Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition with original packaging, all parts included, and never installed." - - which sounds great... but then a paragraph later - - - - "An item can be returned if you changed your mind or don't like it, but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee" but then they apply that restocking fee even when the return wasn't for one of those two reasons. If you're going to write the return policy so specifically then that's what it should be, not this plus whatever someone feels like. And 25% seems like a high number to me to charge for a return.
