    Here is what I sent them, including photos and screen shots (not included here). This describes the whole thing.On January 17 2024 I purchased a microwave from AJ Madison. I was replacing a microwave and needed specific dimensions to replace the old one. Your website showed the ** microwave to be the precise dimensions I needed, see image below. I worked, by phone, with a salesperson named *** to buy this. My total invoice was $698.94 which included delivery, installation and removal of the old microwave.On January 24 2024 the microwave was delivered and installed by AM Transportation, your subcontractor. Two men ripped out the current microwave, damaging the wall and the cabinets. Once the microwave was installed it was clearly an inch or more shorter than the way it was described on the website and what I needed, leaving a strip of the damaged wall showing. When I pointed out these things to the installers, they quickly left. I did not receive any confirmation of delivery or installation. I contacted AJ Madison immediately. I was told on the phone that for the damage I needed to talk to AM Transportation directly. As directed on the AM Transportation website, I submitted an email to ********************** I received an automated response and no further communication or acknowledgement. For the microwave issue (wrong dimensions and incorrect dimensions on the website) I emailed with ****** who told me that AJ Madison did not accept returns for products that were already installed. I was offered $100 store credit at AJ Madison as compensation and no further action was indicated.I stopped payment on my credit card for this purchase because:(1)I did not get what I purchased and there was no resolution to this issue.(2)I was left with damage to repair at my own expense and have received no communication from the installers. Shortly after this, I started getting emails, texts and voicemails from AM Transportation regarding picking up a return. I do not have anything for them to pick up. I do not plan to return the microwave. It is currently installed, working, and the damage has been repaired. I will not permit them into my home. On March 5 and March 12, AM Transportation has come to my home unsolicited. They have no reason to be here. Last night, on March 12 I called the police, and this has been logged. Do not send them again.If you would like to discuss how to rectify this situation, please send me an email in this regard that includes the person at AJ Madison and their associated contact information who is authorized to resolve it.

    The delivery was done through AM Transportation Logistics. My delivery was scheduled on April 11, 2024 from 6-10 a.m. However, the driver, ***** from AM Transportation Logistics called me on April 10, 2024 to see if I was available from 7-8 p.m. I told him I would be, and they delivered the three appliances.What transpired during and after has been a nightmare. They unboxed each appliance in front of my home. They dropped my range causing a huge dent on the right side. They refused to install the range too. Both installers ***** and ****** from AM Transportation Logistics failed to inform me they dropped my range as they were coming to my front door. They carried the range with their hands versus placing it on a dolly.The refrigerator was also heavily damaged on both sides, and they forgot to send me the bottom panel to the refrigerator to cover the bottom of the refrigerator. Nor did they connect the water line to my refrigerator. Furthermore, the dishwasher was also heavily damaged. There are marks on the front panel and a big chip on the top right-hand corner of the dishwasher.Each item came so damaged. The range was so heavily dented it wobbled and could NOT be installed straight because it had a huge dent on the right side.Furthermore, April 12, 2024, I had a plumber out here to install the range. There was a gas leak. The range not only came damaged, but ***** installed the flex pipe to the range and did not tighten it. I had to call ATMOS GAS for a gas leak emergency.ATMOS GAS came out here on April 12, 2024. They found a small gas leak due to the fact ***** did not properly install the flex pipe to the adapter correctly.Lastly, ***** forged initials on a receipt he emailed to me on April 10, 2024. He emailed me the receipt and I noticed the receipt asked if the appliances were new, if the appliances came in undamaged boxes. To each question was an answer YesI was never told of this, nor did any one of the installers speak to me about these questions.
