    On June 27, 2022, I took my ***** Accord **** to Southern ********* at **********************************************************. I reported that the window to the driver's side was not going up or down and the window to the passenger's side was leaning and would not go up completely. Also, that the ** was not cooling. I left the car and they promised to call me with an update on the vehicle. When I did not hear from them, I called on June 28 to inquire about my car. At this time, I was told that that the ** was cooling and it would cost $889.53 to fix both windows and **. I told them to go ahead and do the repairs. On June 29 they called me to say the car was ready. I went in to pick up the car and paid for the job. However, Southern Tire asked me not to roll down my windows for a couple days and I followed their instructions, On Sunday, July 10, I tried rolling both windows up and down. The window to the driver's side worked properly but the window to the passenger's side started leaning and would not go up completely. I went back to Southern Tire on Monday, July 11 and pointed the problem out to them and was informed that I should leave the key for them to look at it and they would call me. On Wednesday July 13, 2022, when I did not hear from them, I again called Southern Tire to inquire on the status of my car. I was then told that they could not fix the window that they said they previously fixed and charged me for. I asked to speak with the manager but was not allowed. They said someone would call me, but no one ever did. I went to pick up my car later that day and after waiting for more than half an hour I spoke with a woman who did not even have the courtesy to introduce herself. I asked her if she was the manager and what was her name. I then relayed my complaint but has not been satisfied how the matter was handled. They were paid in full but my window is still broken. Southern Tire has a lot to learn when it comes to common courtesy and good customer **********************.

    I have a problem with the service the mess my tire up and the 2 tires they did not do job right they should have told me they hade a problem but they took it open they self to order the tire I didn't want there tire she still got any way thin I had 2 flats next day but I don't understand there are 2 brand new tires and I don't fill like I got good service I told her I want my money back she said no this been going on for almost 2 months
