I recently got into an accident . Which I wasnt at fault so the person who hit my car insurance had to pay for my damaged property . I decided to visit Toyota for an estimate because thats where I originally purchased my car . Mind you I havent had the car for six months so it was brand new 2023 Toyota Camry XSE . I spoke with *************************** and he said he can have my car done in a week . Raised eyebrows but I didnt hesitate because I figured since its Toyota they were a legit company . Not only did they take over a month but the insurance decided they couldnt pay anything over a month so it started coming out of my pocket . That wasnt a big deal because I figured I can get reimbursed eventually when the dust settle . The insurance company stated they approved a brand new quarter panel to be put on my car . Toyota decided to take the money but didnt proceed with the job instead they only repaired it and in the process they burned through my paint . I went back because someone else hit my car in the same spot exact spot and my dad noticed they were bondo on my car which wasnt supposed to be there by it being a brand new quarter panel I went back to Toyota and the police was called on me because I confronted the guy who committed the fraudulent act and now I cant go onto their property to receive full litigation for their wrongdoing . I need someone from Better business bureau to assist me this is my very first car and it has caused me a lot of emotional distress in the process . Please and thank you !
