            The dealer refused to sell me the car for the advertised price. They told me the price did not include a “pro package”. The week before, they tried to sell me the same car for MSRP and it didn’t have a pro package. All of a sudden, they can’t take the pro package off. They told me to read the terms on their website. The terms do not rectify this discrepancy. The sales agent and manager specifically said that they would never sell me the car for the price listed on their website. This is misleading and false advertising.

            After 3 years of unemployment, I recently got a job and as my old car was on its last leg, I went in to Premier Honda to see if I might be able to qualify for financing, which I was very doubtful of. After finding a CRV there, I filled out the application but was denied as I expected. The next day they contact me and say they have another finance company who can do the deal (subprime, of course, but they don't admit that). Then after coming back in, they LIE TO MY FACE and say the financing has been approved. So, I pay a $2500 down payment and sign my trade-in to them only to find out later that the financing was never approved. So after dicking around with this for 5 weeks, I got my car back but only half of my down payment as they kept half for "rental and recovery fees."I suppose what they did was illegal but as the loss is just "small claims" level, they get it away with it. They're all liars and cheats there.
