New A/C unit installed almost 4+years ago. Attic unit had floater switch wired incorrectly which led to flooding of the drip pan throughout our home, newly installed floors, newly painted walls. The tech installed the floater switch (wires backwards). Owner came out physically & admitted complete fault of this issue & offered to repair all damages & allow for lifetime servicing free of charge but we pay for our A/C filters during service. Covid pandemic hit, this caused more time to pass. We finally had a contractor come in to take care of the sheetrock damages to **************** We have been trying to provide the owner with flooring estimates to complete the remaining repairs & he claim this company has been acquired by Accu-********* is now ignoring all communications from us to resolve this. He is also now changing his story about admitting fault claiming that we had a "faulty" floater switch which he had to replace from the manufacturer. This is untrue information & is upsetting after allowing him to take this much time to make us whole again. He also claims he would never had offered a lifetime of free service. This is also untrue & he is backtracking now on the all the info that he promised. We paid for 2 --DOUBLE coverage on the floater switch so that this kind of accident would not happen but it did anyway. He (*********************************) is being completely dishonest to us about what he has already promised & is not a man of his word. He should have filed a claim through his insurance at the time of this incident like ****** both stated previously BUT he wanted to take care of the damages personally & we allowed for him to do so. This is what happens to people who try to be reasonable & put trust in others based on their words. We have now been reaching out to Acc-Temp, new owners of National Temperature Control to please get in touch with ******************** OR a Manager that can get involved to rectify this issue without us having to pursue legal action.
