            I called Southwest on 3/12/2021 to report that work was needed on frames (outside) of windows. I talked with Rebecca W. and she asked that I send pictures. I sent the pictures the next day and verified receipt later on the phone. Rebecca said that they didn’t have a crew going that way but should have one soon. On 4/12/2021 I called and spoke to Rebecca at 9:06 am and she stated that her supervisor wasn’t in yet but would call in a few hours. Today is 4/27/21 and she has not called yet! I could not find anything in the Guaranty that stated they had to have more than one job before they could send a crew out.
