This company shouldn't be in business! They towed my daughter's car today while I was in the bathroom. I am disabled and have a handicap placard. They must've been waiting for someone to park and got lucky that the placard fell because in less than 5 minutes they put a boot on the vehicle and towed it without even waiting for me to come out as I was in the bathroom. I called both the towing company and Armandos and they were both rude and unwilling to help. Said they looked at video cameras and went inside to find me which is a total lie because they immediately took the vehicle without waiting for confirmation that I was there! I will be calling the better Better Business Bureau and the state auditors office immediately!!!

I paid to park on the corner of Gold Ave and 7th St and my vehicle was tower anyway. I work at the Federal building downtown. This happened to several people today. I talked to several federal employees that were also towed today and it was the same scenario, we all paid to park and were towed irregardless. Not only is this a theft of the money I paid to park there... it is misrepresentation on top of undo hardship. They caused the additional charges for getting my vehicle back from the towing company. This business does not rate any stats, they merit legal action. This is lies and theft, plain and simple.

Money hungry stalkers waiting for people to go in to places and boot their cars! ************* owners on ***** and ******* you should be ashamed of yourselves hiring these people! People are still not going to eat at your restaurant!! Terrible people threatening teenagers that youre going to call a tow truck!

Id give zero stars if possible. These ******* piece of s*** losers sat next to my wife as we went into the business she parked at watching her walk in then booting her and insisted she leave the parking lot to get $75 cash to pay him. What a piece of ****. I cannot believe ********* actually lets this **** happen in their parking lot. I was actually amazed that ********* watched this happen and didnt stop the thief who booted the vehicle.

Illegal scam booting operation. Booting cars of customers who are spending money at the businesses. They sit in the ********* parking lot and boot peoples vehicles and tow them. Since when are people allowed to sit in ********* parking lots and enforce parking violations? I was inside the restaurant for 2 mins and came out to a boot on my vehicle and an orange sticker on my window. Demanding 75$ cash and holding you hostage in a parking lot. They are a scam business who need to be shut down. The community should be able to shop and enjoy businesses in peace without these scam artists demanding money out of our families that we are trying to feed.

This ********* is running an illegal booting operation with Armandos parking enforcement. They are booting cars without letting people pay the boot fees, telling people they must tow the vehicle away. They are using spotters to boot cars. The booting company sits in their car on the other side of ********* and as soon as you leave they drive around in an unmarked SUV and immediately boot your car. Armandos parking enforcement is unprofessional and they flipped people off, cuss, yell and get in peoples faces. The tow truck is also unmarked and you dont know what company they work for. We were there 6hrs and they refused payment for the boot removal. The police were called and tried to reason with the booting company to let us pay and remove the boot. They told the police the longer we wait to let them tow the vehicle the more costs they will add on for us to pay to get it out of impound. They also stated that if we refuse to give them our car keys they will charge us $100 more dollars. They towed our car without permission and illegally.
