He's an unprofessional judgemental monster yesterday while my husband was organizing things and locating documents for IRS Ben h*** had his security officer double lock my husband inside his unit around 10 am and would not respond until the following day. My husband had no food no water and was literally trapped inside a hot tin death box and this is ok?!?! You wouldn't leave an animal locked in a car like that in the heat so what makes it ok to do so to a human being and then strong armed us into moving our stuff before our paid month is even done and after I agreed to his deal he then tells my husband now we have to move immediately but I don't see my refund as promised in texts from Ben h*** himself and I don't see a reimbursement for a week he decided he didn't like our work schedules and moving time then don't make it 24 hr access cuz people who work odd shifts I'm a bartender can only do so much moving when I can. Instead he called my husband a meth head why cuz he's from LA? WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY NOW I HAVE PAID FOR 120+ 20 ON A SECuRITY deposit for 2 q/2 weeks of storage and not too mention he knowingly tried to cause harm or potential death on my husband. And I am being ripped off altogether where is this professional or legal

Stephanie F rented a storage unit and made no mention of anyone using the unit but herself. First day we found someone sleeping in the unit. During the evening we were burglarized while persons were coming and going from her unit. We found here unit unlocked but no one double locked here unit. Serious all night activity including what appeared to be drug distribution was taking place from her unit. Other tenants were reporting their concerns as to what was taking place with the persons frequenting Septhanie's unit. We ultimately contacted the police who arrested Jeffrey F who appears to be the husband of Stephanie. We have also learned through public records that Stephanie has had multiple arrests (136) for drugs, firearm possession and numerous other violations out of Oregon. We have them out of our storage facility and truly wished that we had never met these people.
