This is my second review of Elevated Management !!! As I stated before Elevated Management is a very professional Management Company ,and don't believe what people say about them !!! Of course at one time or another you are bound to run into some type of problem with an apartment , but like I said before "Elevated Management is a very professional Management Company, and the maintenance and staff at Elevated Management are very courteous and professional !!! I'm not being paid anything for this review and I took it upon myself to write this review !!! I personally think that Elevated Management and ********************* is very professional the way they deal with their tenant's and I have never been disappointed by the manager ********************* !!! I stand by everything I said in my first review and I still stand behind everything I say about Elevated Management !!! I am very happy to have Elevated Management for my manager !!! I know personally that they do not discriminate against tenant's and I don't think it's right to put them down when they are only doing their job !!! You will always have my business and my gratitude !!! Thanks Elevated Management for being so understanding and patient with your tenants !!! My daughter rented from this firm after they took over management of her apartment building. The prior management companies did a decent job of maintaining the property . Once Elevated took over, they immediately raised the rent on her one-bedroom apt. about 25%. The property began going downhill fast. Maintenance requests were either ignored or disputed. She gave her 30-day notice of intent to vacate her apartment, as she was on a month-to-month. Prior to vacating her apartment, she cleaned it from top to bottom. It was spotless!. She asked for them to walk through the unit. They claimed they would do it the following week. She called them dozens of times, made numerous in-person visits and sent numerous letters over six months. They have NEVER responded to her! By law, landlords are required to return tenant's deposit within 30 days, or else provide a written record of damages that deduct from the deposit. They did neither! It's been almost a year now and still no communication from them. Don't bother sending them a registered letter, as their staff is instructed not to accept them. Most likely, because they are receive so many letters from lawyers! Do yourself a favor and never rent from these dishonest scumbags. If you are already renting from them, don't bother cleaning your apartment, as you'll never see your deposit. Just don't pay your last month's rent. There should be a class action suit against this crooked firm.Review from Erik S

I am an Owner. ***** is only in it for herself and is only responsive in the beginning because she wants her 25%. She falsely accuses owners and tenants alike of being liars when she is confronted with the truth. She yells via email/text and refuses to respond with a phone call when requested. When contacting her associates or office no one has the ability to make a decision or knows anything about the properties because she holds it all to herself. You can tell her employees are working in fear of being fired because all they do is apologize and say they will ask ***** and get back to you. And guess what, they never do. She will email you and then immediately turn on out-of-office replies saying she is out of town but to contact her office, which again wont answer the phone or voicemails. She has repeatedly proven that her grasp of accounting is simply atrocious. Her leaeses go on and on about about how much she will charge if people pay her even a day late and yet there is no holding her accountable for her less than stellar bookkeeping skills. To understand just how confrontational she is you need only ****** her name to see how she was thrown in jail. Ill leave it at that. Sufficed to say, she cant be trusted and while she claims to have started other management companiesthere is a reason she isnt associated with them anymore. And why they are quick to distance themselves from her well earned negative reputation. Pick any other company!Review from Neil G

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Unlicensed Broker. Bad Business. Bad terms in a lease. My and my family are moving to the area. When I questioned the lease missing an END TERM date, the lease agent told me that the company only does Month to Month. When I asked about the ILLEGAL price, over the NM amount allowed for bounced check, she dodged the question. (We pay everything online anyway. It was about the principle of a lease written correctly.) The prorated amount for 7 days was padded, and I asked about that, she said she added insurance, ( Without informing). She refused a phone call. This is all fine... except. I asked her for two things. 1) a PDF of the lease to show my daughter, a lawyer, to review before signing, and 2) a clause stating in the lease that the price of the rent would not increase in this "month-to-month" unheard of lease (that no true homeowner would be seeking for a true long term rental. She told me that that she would be UNABLE TO ACCOMADATE MY DEMANDS... "Demands?" I took this to the real estate board and the license number she gave me belongs to another person and is expired. She is unlicensed. (Explains why she doesn't understand what she can and cannot do in a lease.) This move was a sight unseen during Covid and a quick move. We were very disappointed to lose the house but thankful that we did not LOSE our common sense in dealing with very unscrupulous people. ALWAYS read your contract. When I told her that I had questions, she threatened that I had to sign the lease A.S.A.P because she had other people who want the property. This is unfortunate. The tenant does not have the right to try to force us to change the terms of the lease because her daughter is an attorney. We don't offer anything but month to month leases and we are not required to anything that our owners do not agree to. I went out of my way to approve this couple even though they had a cat and had lower than we require credit scores. DO NOT RENT TO THEM!!Customer Response

Just look up the so called property manager’s New Mexico license. This is the number on her email. Karie T* *Owner/Broker* *NM Lic. #* The number Belongs to another person. The number is expired. And this person, Karie T does not have a license in New Mexico to practice as a property manager. This person discussing my application on her business BBB website is about her refusing to accept the fact that she is a grifting fraudulent company working illegally in New Mexico and attempting to defraud people. I am not the first person to write a complaint of this. Her responses are ridiculous. We moved into our new home 5 days after her shenanigans. This BBB complaint is about FRAUD. Good luck everyone.
