    I live in a apartment complex that is leased out by T and C Management of Albuquerque. Today I arrived home and found a notice posted at my door stating that on 1/16/24 to 1/19/24 I would not be able to park my vehicle in the parking lot to the property which is located on back of the building nor on the street. The reason they gave is because they will be repairing the sidewalk near the street and driveway, and that the tenants could not be diving in and out of property. I asked if I could leave my vehicle in the parking lot and NOT USE IT during those days. I was threatened with a seven day notice if I were to do that by one of the supervisors by the name of ***** ****. Be advised that I am handicapped and live in a handcapp apartment. I can not walk for a long length amount of time. The company is NOT doing any type of repair in the parking lot and my car would not be on the way. I would not drive it during those three days and therefor not violating their ability to complete their job. I feel that Ms **** is on a power trip and right away threatens with eviction. I have been renting my apartment since 2019 with now issues. AndC management took over about two years ago.

    I lived in an apartment managed by t and c for over 4 years. In the 4 years I lived there I had numerous problems from swamp cooler going out numerous times to fridge not working, broken sink that caused mold under the sink because t and c thought it was no big deal, door k**** falling off towel bars falling off exhaust fan not working ect. All of these issues were never fixed in a timely manner some of them not fixed at all we had to fix them ourselves. Fast forward to us moving out my apt was left in better condition then when I moved in. T and c sent us a letter a month later with charges that are rediculis. Some of the stuff I have no clue what it even is for. They charged us $75 for a door handle that did "not" have a lock on a bedroom door ? Confused as that is the k*** that was there when we moved in, I guess because we had to replace the other bedroom door k*** and chose one with a lock they thought we removed the other one? We had maintenance come replace our laundry area bulbs they were the long skinny lights upon maintenance replacing those he broke the cover and said he would let the office know. Well obviously he didn't because they are charging us for that. Locks on the bedroom windows never there a screen that was removed by maintenance and never put back is another charge. 450 dollars in labor for 10 hrs is crazy they were not in that apt for 10 hrs and if they were you should be questioning maintenance what took so long because I have pictures of how I left it and it should not have taken that long to do what they needed to do. 90 for a cleaning fee ? Why ? I cleaned the whole place and painted so please tell me why? It's crazy t and c always took their sweet time to come out and fix stuff if they ever came but when I moved out the property manager was there within an hr of us handing in the keys. Tand c kept our deposit of 650 plus charged us 450 for c*** we did not do or have no clue what it means.even took down their website due to bad reviews
