      This business has employees that stole from me. Took my Xbox one series s, controller w/ added thumb grips, tv wires for my ******* ***** **, converter box, and two gaming headsets. I paid them to move my stuff not steal it and ****** only blames me saying if it was important stuff I should’ve moved it myself. I didn’t realize it’s my fault for trusting a company to do their job with integrity. It’s not my responsibility to ensure that thieves aren’t working for the company. I never signed a contract which is required by their own policy. Customer signature blank because paperwork was never presented to me. On top of stealing they were 3 hours late and ruined the whole day setting us behind and I had family take the day off to help but it threw them off too since they showed up late and ****** said it’s because he wrote down the wrong date which seems to be a common occurrence. I basically did all the work myself, we put everything on the lawn for them and set it next to the truck and still it took over an hour to load my stuff. All they had to get from my apartment was the two couches and two tvs and an entertainment center. ****** made comments about stealing my TV and other things and I didn’t find it funny nor a joke especially because they did steal over $1000 in gaming equipment and console from me. Then **** and ****** drove 40-45 on the freeway and tried going south when I went west. I told them to follow me and they just wanted to meet me there.when unloading they continued to drag their feet and I had to pay for extra time when I didn’t even have that much stuff. I want a full refund and will be taking them to court. Just filled a police report. This company scammed me and then tried to even say in a recorded conversation that there was no proof they even came and moved my belongings. This is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable! ****** already advised he would issue a rebuttal so that’s why I’m taking them to court. Voice recording between us available

      First of all, ****** who I spoke and had contact with on the process, scheduling and approximate cost which he sent via e-mail. On the day of January 15, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. I called *********************** to confirm time, date of move. He confirmed it. On January 15, 2022 I waited, and no one arrived at 9am so I called ****** at 920am. He stated he thought it was January 22, 2022. I made note on my calendar on my phone. I informed ****** that the apartment was on the second floor and had elevators. ****** stated he will get some guys out to do the move. They did not arrive to my resident until ****. ****** and other young boy) ***** was very unprofessional as far as how he was dressed. His pants were below his buttocks. All bins were marked accordingly. They loaded my furniture and belongings. We arrived at 320pm in ***********, **.They started unloading my furniture and belongings and placed everything in the front room, even patio furniture. All bins were marked accordingly. ***** and the other guy continued placing everything in the front room area. Their reason was they wanted to get as much out of the truck but would place the bins in the proper room the next day. That did not happen. I could not even get through a space to walk through.Around 445pm or so, ***** indicated that they would have to come back tomorrow because he had an hour drive back to **********, was getting dark and cold. He stated they would come back Sunday, January 16, 2022 to unload the rest of my furniture and belongings. My bed was not setup they brought in the mattress. I called and spoke with ****** about how they piled all my furniture and bins in the front room. He did not listen to my concerns and was talking about other issues such as how far it was to get to the apartment and I didn't know where the apartment was. I had a virtual tour (Covid All my plants were destroyed, leather couch has a tear and scratches on my tv stand. Stack of blankets in truck and yet furniture was damaged.

      This move required more time than customer could afford. She refused to let us finish due to the cost. We offered to finish the move but customer was ****** stressed and ask us to leave and she would finish the rest. Customer called the office and was so overwhelmed with the stress of moving she broke down and stopped communicating with the movers. I tried to console the customer from the stress of ********************** but she did not respond. Customer moved from a larger residential ground level mobile home with a yard to a 2nd floor apartment with a tiny patio. It wasnt going to fit in the new apartment the same way and it fit in the other residence. We apologize for the stress of moving. Some moves are easier than others. Loading took less time than the unload because of the long walk from truck to elevator and long walk down hallway. I wish things could have been different but that is the nature of moving.       As I stated before the movers did not complete the job because they piled everything in the living room. It was not at all a money issue. Yes, he did offer for his workers to finish the move which would be another 2 hours at $95. If they would have put the Marked bins in the proper rooms then the job would have been completed on Saturday. Also, they did not get to my resident until **** because ****** did not have the correct date, January 15th at 9am.My friend and I rearranged and put the Marked bins in the proper room and setup the kitchen table and the living room furniture in its proper place as I asked them to do. This took my friend and I two hours to do. I also sent pictures to ****** of what was piled in the living room. I called ****** and told him what was going on and he did not even listen to my concerns. I was not stressed about the move, I was upset because they left me with a mess. Yet, he got paid for it. $1,095 for a job that was completed, I moved from a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile home with a yard. This apartment is 900 sqaure feet with 2 bedroom, 2 full baths and a lot of closet space and a patio. This has nothing to do with how they did a half job and got paid for. My last and final words ****** did not do listen to my concerns, poor customer service, and I would not recommend him and I give him a rating of a ZERO. His workers did not cover my furniture, scratches on TV entertainment center, all my plants destroyed and my leather couch has a tear.
