            I was renting a storage unit from Albuquerque Moving and Storage for many years. In September 2021 i decided to donate my items in my storage to charity. I emailed Albuquerque Moving and Storage to donate my items. They did promptly remove all items from my storage unit. I called and the billing department said I had a $0.00 balance on October 3, 2021 because my items had been removed from my storage unit. Then a couple of months later I begin to start to receive &65.00 monthly bills again after I had been told I had $0.00 balance. Why are they charging me $65.00 a month when I no longer have any storage unit to store items in. I donated everything. This company never sent me a letter stating they donated my items and to what organization they donated it to. So I never got confirmation that my items were in fact donated and not given to employees.
