    April 6, 2022. We booked three rooms for one night. I went inside to grab our two room keys (our friend arrived a few minutes earlier so he had his already). Once I walked across the parking lot my friend and husband met me half way. They said, "we are not staying here". there is **** going on here. I didn't understand but could see on their faces it was not good. My husband, told me to get in the car. Once I did he pointed out the people in the back corner of the hotel smoking crack along with the several guys hanging on the side by the parking lot behind a car that had no tires. my friend said he went into the room and it was so disgusting, he gagged. Anyway, we drove around to the front, I walked into the lobby and ask for a refund. The clerk said he couldn't but i could call the manager tomorrow. I told him we were afraid to stay there due to the outdoor activity and condition of my friends room. He didn't seem to know or care about my concerns. I called the manager the next day, she was extremely rude and uncaring. The hotel refused to refund me.Anyway. if you value your safety and your belongings DO NOT STAY HERE
