Couldn't find the subdivision under *** HEALTH SCIENCES for *************** and ***'s children's hospital. There were no listings for *** CIMARRON, which is inside the *** children's Hospital.. There is not enough space here to describe the disorganization and the absolute disgraceful job this place did with my poor son. My 15 year old had been waiting to get into that place since before last Sept. After waiting til November to get an aptmt, found out we drove 6 hours to do an intake that I had already done over the phone.. No one, NO ONE at any time described to us the absolute nightmare that this place was going to be and how disorganized they were! Someone should've told us IN THE BEGINNING, that we weren't going to be able to get an appointment for my son for OVER A YEAR. but they dragged us along for SIX MONTHS!! Wasted my sons time and more of his mental health for 6 months?? after the confusion of who was in charge, the confusion of who my son was going to see...after the confusion of never getting any definite answer as to what was going on, we find out that we can't even get my son help there! It's filthy that a place specializing in children, dropped the ball on a child that needed psychiatric help desperately and waited 6months only to find the place is so poorly run they couldn't pull it together, not for 5 minutes, to let us know that our six hour drives to this clinic were in vain because they're useless! From Sept to this moment in January we still had no clue who's in charge, no clue what clinic my son was supposed to be in and no clue who was supposed to be our contact, and then come to find out they can't even do their job? Im disgusted, defeated and crying in my home because we waited 1/2 a year for my poor kid to get help only to find out that we now have to start all over again. I am so depressed for my kid and for our family and for anyone else and everyone else who is tolerating this from this place. They should be ashamed of themselves.
