I am a repeat customer who has highly supported this business and frequently recommended them to people that have made purchases from them. I wear their gear proudly, and thought very highly of Shane. I recently was able to make another purchase from this company because I'm a single mom now, and can finally afford to tend to my health again. I decided to invest my hard earned money into this company again, so I made a purchase & received my $114 products in the mail, HOT in temperature because they were mailed in an extremely thin mailer, and they were all tossed around in the package with holes. I used to receive the product in a cardboard box, so heat & messes were never an issue. They didn't even mail in a bubble mailer to protect the product. I simply tried to email/chat with someone for help in finding out if my products will be okay despite their condition, & was met with a very immature sales agent who insulted me for calling my product "vitamins" and did not answer my question and implied I might "have the wrong company". I'm in disbelief in the unprofessionalism & disrespectful service that I received and I am requesting a full refund. I have provided the correspondence for reference.
