              I entered into a contract with K B Glass and window for a window to be installed, the window was to be a bronze aluminum 70 x 59 picture window the date was August 19, 2021. The total cost for the window was $1172.17. I paid $622.17 on August 19th 2021. The balance was to be paid which would be the labor materials and freight of $550, balance upon completion of installation my contract shows 4 to 6 weeks. I called them each month, And they indicated the window was not in, because of Covid shipping. Last month I finally called them and they told me I could get a refund, This was on August 8, 2022, she said it would take up to 30 days, as of this date I have not received any phone call or a check. I have a copy of my contract. Please advise.
