I visited CPR on 3/22/21 to repair a cracked screen & trackpad on my MacBook Air (***** *****) & cracked screen on my iPhone 7+The staff said they would fix both it would be about $365 for the computer & $89 for the phone about $480 w/tax & it would take 20 mins for the phone & 1 wk (3/29) for the computer I paid half & agreed to pay the 2nd half when the computer was fixed they fixed my phone & I left They informed me about a wk later that my charger wasn't charging the laptop & I needed to buy a new one I received it 4/8 & went back to CPR They told me the charger worked & I could take it home & it should work later I paid the 2nd half I got home & it still wasn't turning on & noticed my phone was oversensitive in certain parts of the screen I went back on 4/13 they repaired my phone screen again then took my laptop apart and said the IO board needed to be repaired but they'd comp the repair on that. they fixed board, then said was water damaged and told me that they sent it off to have wd fixed (w/o my permission i didn't know they did that until they had already sent it off) and now they want me to pay them for having the water damage fixed.
