My son went to IMREPAIRNM in August to get his phone repaired. He still had issues and brought it back for service. At that point the phone could not be repaired. My son purchased a new iPhone. He was having issues again so he went back to the store to return the phone and I (his parent) purchased one for him. The phone cost 354.93 and the return amount was only $329 My son phoned them today to ask about this and the owner said “don’t ever come in my store again” and hung up on him. My son tried again and got the voicemail and left an apology and that he didn’t mean to offend anyone. I stepped in and called and was connected to the owner. I asked very nicely what happened and he got very irate and said”can I speak with you parent to parent “ He asked “Is your son Special?” I replied No. Then he asked “Is your son taking any medication?” My reply again was No Then he accused my son if being “stoned out of his mind” he then said “I don’t want you or your son to come into my store ever again!!” I replied that I don’t even live there and I started to get upset by his accusations and then he hung up on me He still owes my son $25.93 and they won’t pay this amount. I am appalled by his accusations and questions as well as they owe the full amount of the return. Please reach out to them for their horrible language and now refunding the entire amount.
