No returns or exchanges without original sales receipt.  All device purchases, including outright purchases, have 14 days to be returned or exchanged.** All returned or exchanged handsets/devices are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $35.00 ($70 for netbooks and tablets).  Accessory sales are refundable within 14 days of purchase unless item is noted otherwise.  90 day in store warranty (exchanges only) on all accessories** (manufacturer defects only). Some accessory returns/exchanges may require original packing.  30 day in store warranty on bluetooth and headset devices (manufacturer defects only). No cash refunds on amounts greater than $50.00. Instead, a refund check will be issued and will take 10-15 business days to process.  
Digitell will not accept physically damaged merchandise to be returned.
Digitell reserves the right to limit or refuse any return/exchange.
