I have never given a company a review like this ,always love to give people and companies good reviews. But this company ripped me off so bad, which I confirmed with the restoration shop that recommend them to me, who agreed, and they will never recommend them again, also checked with a few other body shops and they could not believe what they charged me. They referred me to their body shop, Old Car Garage, which I believe are both owned by *****************. I dealt with their manager, ***** ,he told me he had been back a short time after he was gone for six months. I was told afterwards he was gone again and the new manager was *****. I supplied all the parts, which included a front cab mount that the owner of the company made ,and he told me it is a 3 to 4 hour job to install. I asked them to clean and paint it also, so add an hour or so. Remove the rubber stripping around both doors, clean off and install the new rubber and also the rubber around the vent windows, adjust the drivers door if needed for wind noise, and to change the rubber grommets around the hood, and the cowl , install the window divider on the driver side between the drivers glass and the vent window. When I got there to pick up my truck they said the paint have to dry, come back in a few hours ,by then it was around 5 oclock ,I went to the desk and saw the top of the **** for $4865.00,I almost had a heart attack and had to keep myself from falling over the counter. The labor alone was $4665.00, plus shop supplies and tax . I was told by one of their key employees that the owner wouldnt do anything about the **** and I would be surprised if they are still in business by the end of this coming year, ripping people off, you cant do this for long. Even if you get a firm price for restoring your car, and they go out of business with your car there , good luck! Hold onto your wallet and find another shop to work on your car or truck ,before a similar thing happens to you.Thank you
