My granddaughter damaged the front bumper of her car backing out of a parking space.I took my granddaughters car for an estimate in October and was given an estimate of $2349 with a start date of November 21. Three day before the start date I received a call saying they would not be able to start the repairs until January 23.I dropped the car off January 23 and received a call that after the tear down they found additional damage and needed an okay to continue work on the car. It would cost an additional $400+ dollars. I okayed that amount. Yesterday they called and said the car was ready and I owed $4081 after they applied a 10% discount.After much time and stress, basically the manager said he was told I okayed $4400. I definitely know the difference between paying an additional $400 and okaying $4400 however the manager said its a he said she said. That is almost double the original estimate.He reduced the amount due to $3521 if I paid cash saying he wasnt making any money on this job.This was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this company.
