I have purchased 4 vehicles fromTate Branch to date. not having 1 complaint until now. I had to have my 2020 dodge ram that i have had less than 6 months towed because the steering completely locked down on 10/16/2021 which i understand is a saturday and i understand it would be Monday for the tech to look and see whats wrong with it Monday came and I had to call to **** branch and see whats the verdict they said rack and ***** said they would order parts which came all in on Thursday 10/21/2021 and as of today 10/26/2021 I have asked for a car loaner to no fail because every day That i call im told every time as soon as a bay opens my truck is next. this is not acceptable when i can drive by and i see there is bays open and some days i see the hood open on my truck. but yet in the exact spot. I have had them have a salesman call me and ask me to trade in I said no i want my truck fixed. Then they told me I could rent a car not acceptable im already out of money for it being towed. I asked today 10/26/2021 if they cant fix it if they can transfer it to another dealership that can get it in and get it fixed I was told again it would be at my expense. I just want them to do the right thing since Thursday i have been told waiting on a bay so in my mind im thinking you absolutely have no cars or trucks leaving that bay. i feel we have been pushed aside over and over. bad customer service
